Quickest way to get on our schedule: send photos of whatever you're seeing - cracks in brick, gaps over doors, sloping floors, doors that won't latch right - and we'll come back with whether it warrants a site visit and roughly what time window we can be there. Most initial estimates take 60-90 minutes on site. We bring a zip level (the rotary laser kind, not a smartphone app) and we shoot every room. You get the elevation map either in your email that evening or, if it's a complex case, the next business day. If we're recommending repair, the quote comes with the elevation data attached so you can see exactly why and where. We service all of Houston inside Beltway 8, plus Sugar Land, Pearland, Friendswood, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, and Katy. If you're outside that radius give us a call anyway - we'll usually still come look, just want to know the drive ahead of time. We don't do high-pressure same-day sales. If a contractor shows up at your house and wants a signature inside an hour, that's a sign to slow down. Foundation repair is a 20+ year commitment to a piece of property; sleep on the quote. We deliver engineering reports stamped by our P.E. partner for any job that needs one (mortgage refinance, sale, or a lender's structural requirement). The $400-600 engineering fee gets credited toward the repair if you move forward with us. Calls and texts both reach the same number. Office hours are 7-5 weekdays; we return after-hours messages by 7 a.m. the next morning. For active water intrusion or anything you think is a true emergency, call - we have a crew on rotation for true emergencies and we'll triage you ahead of estimate visits. Payment: net-15 after job completion for most residential. Bigger jobs (over $15k) we work out a milestone schedule. We don't take credit cards on the big repair work - the processing fees would just get baked into the price and that's not how we want to do business.
